A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to any appt after 48 hours notice and a 100% cancellation fee for any same day cancellation and no shows. Being 30 mins late or not showing up at all to your appt is considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non refundable. I do not offer refunds as time and products have been used. There is a 3 day grace period for any issues including irritation and heavy fall out, anything after the 3 days will be charged.
